ALL MODERATOR STAFF POSITIONS
Moderators are responsible for maintaining the general chat section of the forum by promoting activity, controlling spam, eliminating drama, as well
as making sure members follow the rules and post topics in their appropriate places.
As a moderator you will be expected to:Be dedicated and meet your outlined staff responsibilities.
Moderate posts and threads with the moderator tools (move, merge, split, delete, etc)
Be able to identify when rules are broken and be able to enforce them accordingly.
Interact with members and tend to their questions or needs.
Help execute board-wide activities.
Work well with others and demonstrate respect towards other staff and forum members regardless of the situation.
Before applying make sure you:Are already an active member of the forum. Meaning, you're not just some random person who
joined last week.
Have a pretty good idea where everything is and how the forum functions.
Enjoy creating new topics and threads.
Have the time and dedication to spend on LIGHTS. We all have lives, but if yours is super busy then being on staff is probably not the best
idea.
All moderators have potential to move up to super moderator and administrator status.

GRAPHICS AND PHOTO STAFF POSITIONS
Graphics and Photo Staff members are responsible for maintaining the graphics/photo sections of the forum by moderating challenges, galleries,
resources, and graphics/photography discussions.
As graphics and photo staff you will be expected to:Be dedicated and meet your outlined staff responsibilities PROMPTLY.
Moderate the challenge section by putting up challenges, creating polls, closing challenges and polls ON TIME.
Keep track of new artists and help them with their galleries.
Regularly check artist galleries, comment in them, as well as offer constructive criticism in galleries and showcase/critique section.
Promote activity in general graphics/photography discussion.
Contribute to the resource and tutorial sections (if applicable).
Work well with others and demonstrate respect towards other staff and forum members regardless of the situation.
Before applying make sure you:Are already an active member of the forum. Meaning, you're not just some random person who
joined last week.
Have a pretty good idea where everything is and how the graphics area functions.
Enjoy making up creative themes and ideas for challenges.
Are a prompt individual and are able to meet deadlines.
Have the time and dedication to spend on LIGHTS. We all have lives, but if yours is super busy then being on staff is probably not the best

4chan, I've made it clear you're not welcome to advertise here. Why do you continue to create fake accounts and u2u every single
new member that joins?
Are you really that desperate for new members? Seems like it!
For those of you who have asked me why you have been banned. It's not because you're simply a member there. It's not because I don't want you
advertising here. It's not because I have something against you. It's not because I'm being immature about the split. And it's certainly not
because I'm jealous(lmfao what's there to be jealous of?). Anyone who thinks these things is a complete moron to be honest.
You were banned because you broke the rules here. Period.
It's time you stop being butthurt about being banned and move on. I already have, a long time ago. You look absolutely pathetic stooping down to such
desperate measures.
Members, I've already received several complaints about this u2u spam. If you get spammed with advertisements in your inbox, please
